Please note, any damage to products during transit through one of our couriers will need to be investigated on a case by case basis and addressed in accordance with our Terms and Conditions of Service. These terms and conditions can be viewed on our website.

Where applicable, and in accordance with our Terms and Conditions of Service, any refund amount will be processed within 45 days of initial contact made by the customer to Blizzard Tubs. Any and all shipping and delivery expenses through the return process will be paid by the customer.
